
2-MINUTE MIRACLES
One minute of gratefulness followed by one minute planning a perfect day is such a quick way to start out on a good path. When you are just awakening, your brain frequency is at a perfect stage for creative mental activity!
As soon as you awaken, before you get out of bed, lay comfortably on your back, close your eyes, breathe normally or deeply, and spend 1 minute on gratefulness. Stay in your mind or recite aloud all things that bring a surge of gratitude, no matter how big or small. Anything, from the air that you breathe to your toothpaste, the food you eat, your favorite nail file. Anything. For as long as you think a minute would be.
Saying Thank You is one of the greatest statements you can utter!! It adds another drop of powerful energy into the field around you, raising your vibration to accept more.
For Minute 2, imagine your best day ahead.
Request specific things to happen, such as finding a good parking space, or ask for a workday so smooth that you hardly feel time flying. Maybe ask for the best free lunch, or free money to show up. Or just keep it simple and expect a joyful day.
During your day, look forward to these things showing up for you. Journal these things, and you will have a list of things for which to be grateful. Record the happenings to have a list of your miracles, your experiential proof.
When you remember to do this each day, for even one day, you have brought yourself a miracle by making yourself present and removing yourself from things you have wanted to release. Within this wonderful game, the stakes get higher and higher, better and better!!!
If you presently play this kind of game or meditate daily with these things in mind, step up your game. Be more specific. Expect more!
Journal any positive results you see, major or minor. Any little change is a life step. If you forget a day, don’t berate yourself. Just try again the next day or the next.
